Russell is a sergeant with the
largest law enforcement agency in California, with twelve years of
experience, specializing in officer training.
Some of his certifications
consist of: California and DOJ Firearms, Master Instructor, Chemical
agents, Expandable Baton, Use of Force, Light and Sound Diversionary
Device (LSDD), Impact Munitions, Tactical Pistol/Carbine/Shotgun, Low
Light, Suspect Handling, Emergency Response, Riot Control, Weaponless
Defense, Restraint Operations, Crisis Negotiations, Tactical
Deployment and Planning.
As a member of the Crisis Response
Team (CRT), he stresses the importance of correct training. As an
instructor, Russell enjoys sharing his experience and training skills.
